F-Factor – ‘Kickstart your fitness’ programme

'Kickstart your fitness’, an 8-week programme where you work out twice a week at the studio with a small group of like-minded people who also want to ease themselves into fitness and lose fat through nutrition coaching and have fun doing it!

You can choose to attend the fitness session either mornings or early evening:

Starting Monday January 22nd
Monday’s 09.30 am and 6.00pm
Wednesdays 09.30 am and 6.00pm

Starting Tuesday 23 rd January
Tuesday 09.30 am and 6.00pm
Thursday 09.30 am and 6.00pm.

Included in the programme the F-Factor cookbook with 100 recipes and full easy to understand nutrition guide. Food and success diary so that you can monitor your progress and recognise your success.

This programme is suitable for beginners, experienced fitness individuals and those looking to get back into fitness training after a break.
