How it works

I have a small home fitness studio which creates a relaxed environment for consultations and fitness training, especially if you have not exercised before or are getting back into it after a long lay-off. I also offer:

  • one-to-one personal training at your home
  • online training packages, so you can slot things in around your schedule
  • regular support and tutoring via Skype to keep you motivated and on track.

I can also discuss packages that are a combination of all if it works best. My aim is to be completely flexible and do what works best for you. Subscription packages are also available to keep your workouts fun and challenging.

The programmes that we create will be individual to you, so it’s vital that you agree at the most important first stage on the overall goal: that it is not only desirable, but realistic and therefore achievable.
